Cho is an AI-driven ‘emotionally intelligent’ bot, a virtual coach, which responds to the emotions you express, and helps you get you get positive by employing scientifically proven techniques, such as, CBT(cognitive-behavioral techniques), DBT, meditation, breathing, yoga, motivational interviewing and micro-actions.

Cho also helps keep track and provides insights for your diet, blood glucose readings, and exercise. Cho integrates with Apple HealthKit in order to track exercise automatically, thus simplifying your life.
